New Travel Clinic Opens in Littleton, NH
White Mountain Travel Health, PLLC is a travel clinic located in Littleton, NH. It provides pre and post travel consultations for teenagers and adults. Travel and routine vaccines are available along with prescriptions and travel medications. We are also a designated Yellow Fever Vaccine Site. The clinic offers travel supplies for sale including medical and dental kits, insect repellents, and sunscreen to name a few items.
We are located on Main Street, in Parker's Market Place (above Baliwicks) on the 3rd floor.
Hours are by appointment only. Weekend and evening appointments are available if needed. Group appointments for 2 or more travelers with the same itinerary are available at discounted rates, the larger the group the bigger the discount.
Sports and Pre-employment Physicals (including DOT) are also available.
I am Peggy Piette, APRN, the owner and nurse practitioner of the travel clinic. I am a member of the International Society of Travel Medicine as well as American Travel Health Nurse Association. I have nearly 8 years experience as a nurse practitioner, and 20 years as a registered nurse. I have a Master's Degree in Nursing from George Washington University. I am also a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the NH Nurse Practitioner Association. I have experience in primary care, college health services (offering travel health care), orthopedics, geriatrics, and cardiology.
I am excited to offer the services of a travel clinic to travelers here in Littleton, NH and to serve the residents of the Central and Northern Parts of NH and VT. With the number of international travelers increasing each year for various reasons, recreation, adventure, business, visiting friends and relatives, medical tourism, humanitarian work, study abroad programs, or for adopting children I am pleased to offer travel services closer to home, preventing the need to travel 1-2 hours to get needed services. No one traveler or their itinerary is the same, making the need for a travel clinic appointment as essential part of your trip planning.
I am also able to do pre-employment physicals, including DOT physicals, as well as sports physicals.
